Returns
Please make your yarn selection carefully as we do not accept returns on fibre products. We carefully curate and package each skein of yarn that leaves our studio. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact kate@thefibrefamily.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns are only accepted on knitting accessories if an item is defective, damaged or if a mistake is made by The Handy Knitter Yarn Company when packing your order. In any event, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required. To start a return, please contact kate@thefibrefamily.com. Returns to be sent to the following address: The Handy Knitter Yarn Company, 16 Marapana Road, City Beach, 6015 WA. Postage on returns is paid by the purchaser.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
You will be notified when a refund has been approved and processed.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Postage paid by the purchaser.
